Greg Gale is an executive coach, leadership facilitator,  and former educator. His career includes building a nationally recognized youth leadership organization, leading teams within Fortune 100 companies, and coaching senior executives across diverse sectors. Through his firm, Insight Out Consulting, he supports mid- to senior-level leaders with a coaching approach rooted in deep listening, trust, and meaningful action. He holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and draws on tools such as DiSC, StrengthsFinder, and 360 assessments. With decades of cross-cultural experience in the U.S. and abroad, Greg helps leaders and teams build inclusive, high-performing environments where people can thrive, belong, and contribute their best.
